Mint's Adventures: Mint's Lagoon Adventure

Once in Turtle Lagoon lived Mint, a little 6-year old turtle. One day, he asked his mom, "Why do we always catch butterfly fish? Why can't we catch damselfish like the crocodiles?" "Because they are faster than us and have sharper teeth than us," said Mother Turtle. "Well," said Mint, "I'm going to try to catch a damselfish!" So he went to Crocodile Kingdom. At feeding time, Mint tried catching a damselfish but they were too fast and he couldn't grab them because he didn't have sharp teeth. So he went back to his home. He told his mom about what had happened. She said, "See? I was right!" "Well," said Mint, "I am now going to...Shark Kingdom!" At feeding time, Mint tried catching a lionfish but they were too fast and too spiky. So he went home and told his mom about his adventure at Shark Kingdom. Peacock's Tail

Once in a land called Birdville, there lived a peacock. He was the biggest and most beautiful bird. He was known for the shimmering eyes on his tail. It was a special tail that could shoot beams of light brighter than the sun. Every bird in Birdville would gaze at Peacock's tail as it sparkled in the light. One day when the peacock was playing with his friends he heard a growl in the bushes. Then suddenly they all heard a ROAR!!! A tiger pounced out of the bushes and snarled, "I came here to eat my once-a-month bird!" "But not today!", said Peacock. "Okay", said Tiger - "under one condition." "What?" asked Peacock. "We will fight! If you win, I will leave. But if I win, it is you who must leave." Peacock agreed and said, "Let's fight!"
